Learn from someone who scored a perfect 100% — on her very first attempt

Christine Burke is a veteran Arizona process server and private investigator, and the owner of Strategic Intelligence Services PLLC. She built this program from the exact study system she used to pass the Arizona certification exam with a perfect 100% on her very first try — distilling the Court Rules, statutes, and real-world field experience into a clear, exam-ready path.

It's the same training she's taught Arizona process servers since 2016 — refined year after year and trusted across the state by new servers and seasoned pros alike.

Here's the truth: many candidates don't pass on their first attempt — or even their second. The Arizona exam is demanding, and that's exactly why thorough training and test preparation matter so much. This program is built to get you ready the first time and save you the cost, time, and frustration of repeat attempts.

One-on-one tutor at heart

Christine was a tremendous help to me in preparation for the process server exam — even making time for me while she was out of state!

Christine's knowledge, one-on-one tutoring style, and explanation of the Court Rules and Arizona laws were exactly what we needed to know for the test. Highly recommend.

By far a great tool to help me prepare for the exam. I took the Arizona Private Process Server Examination — and passed on my first attempt!

Difficult Serves

Best approach for a chronically evasive defendant?

Three attempts, car in the driveway, no answer. How are you all documenting for alternative service?

PP

Instructor: Vary your days and times. Once you can show genuine diligence, an Affidavit of Diligent Search supports a motion for alternative service under Rule 4.1(k).

Arizona Rules

Rule 4.1(d) — who counts as 'suitable age and discretion'?

Curious how others handle a teenager answering the door for substituted service.

CC

Instructor: There's no magic age — the test is suitable age AND discretion, and that the person actually resides there. Always record name, relationship, and description.

Just passed my certification — tips for the first month?

Finally certified! Any advice on getting those first clients and staying organized on attempts?

CC

Pat P.: Pick a CRM or even a simple spreadsheet on day one and log EVERY attempt with date, time, address, and observations. The habit pays off fast.
