These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Arizona Process Server Education, operated by Strategic Intelligence Services PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using our website and training platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is an independent educational platform that provides training modules, written lessons, audio narration, practice exams, flashcards, scenario-based learning, an AI tutor, and continuing-education (CE) tracking to help prepare individuals for Arizona private process server certification and to support ongoing professional education. The Service is for educational purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Arizona Supreme Court or any government agency.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
3. Purchases, Pricing & Billing
Course access is offered as a one-time purchase (currently $97 USD) and certain features may be offered as a recurring membership. Prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time, but changes will not affect access you have already purchased. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. All amounts are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. License & Acceptable Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your own educational use. You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account or the content;
- copy, record, scrape, or reproduce lessons, exams, or materials for redistribution;
- use the Service to build a competing product or training program;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
All content, including text, audio, graphics, the question bank, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
5. AI Tutor
The AI tutor generates responses using automated language models grounded in Arizona study materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as legal advice. Always verify critical information against the current official rules, statutes, and the Arizona Process Server Study Guide.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that you will pass the Arizona certification exam or any other examination. Outcomes depend on your individual effort, preparation, and factors outside our control.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the content ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. See our Disclaimer for additional important information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us at info@arizonaprocessservereducation.com or call 480-588-0511.
