Because of the nature of digital educational content, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to changing your mind, lack of time to complete the course, dissatisfaction with the format, or failing to pass the certification exam. We do not offer trial periods, partial refunds, or money-back guarantees.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Once you create an account and purchase access, the entire body of course content becomes instantly available to you. Unlike a physical product, digital materials cannot be "returned." This policy protects the integrity of our intellectual property and allows us to keep the program affordable.

3. Membership Cancellations

If you subscribe to a recurring membership, you may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access through the end of the current paid billing period, but already-billed periods are non-refundable.

4. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
