The CE requirement at a glance
Under ACJA §7-204, certified private process servers must complete a minimum of 10 approved continuing-education (CE) hours every 12 months, and certification is renewed every 3 years. You are responsible for keeping your own CE records and submitting documentation with your renewal application to the Clerk of the Superior Court in your county of certification.
Official CE and renewal resources
Confirm the current CE rules, approved-course information, and renewal steps directly with the court:
- azcourts.gov — Renewal and CE Information (includes approved-course details)
- azcourts.gov — Private Process Server program home
CE activities must be approved and relevant to process-server work (for example, the Code of Conduct and applicable laws, statutes, and court rules). The presiding judge in your county approves CE credit.
How our Membership helps
Our Monthly Membership ($29/mo) is a convenient way to track your CE hours toward the 10-hours-every-12-months requirement and to access our resource library and rule-change updates. It is a tracking and study tool only — we do not claim that our membership or any of our content is court-approved or pre-approved for CE credit. Always verify that a given CE activity is approved using the official resources above.
